Most clients meet with me weekly, especially at the beginning of therapy. The frequency may change depending on your needs, progress, and goals. We will determine the best schedule for you together.
Therapy is different for everyone. Some people benefit from short-term therapy (a few months) focused on a specific issue, while others prefer long-term therapy for deeper emotional work. We will work together to determine the best approach for you.

If I am not in-network with your insurance provider, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for details on out-of-network coverage.
I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
