For the intake, the rate is $150.
For individual therapy, the rate is $150 for a 55-minute session.

I can provide documentation needed for you to submit reimbursement as an out of network provider to your insurance.
It is your responsibility to know what your insurance will cover. Please remember that insurance companies will require a diagnosis. Note that your deductibles will have to be met before it is covered. The copay or coinsurance, or deductible is expected at the time of the appointment.
I require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments. There is a no show/late cancel fee.
